MRS. NORA BEELER DIES IN INDIANA

Mrs. Nora Beeler, a resident of Madison county most of her life, died Friday, April 4, at Gary, Ind. She was 94 years of age.

Mrs. Beeler had been living the last four years in Gary, to be near her daughter, Ruth Beeler. Prior to that her life had been spent at Peru, Indianola and Winterset.

She was the former Nora Deardorff, daughter of William and Sarah Simmons Deardorff and was born in Ohio township July 9, 1874. She was married in 1899 to Fred Beeler. His death occurred in 1927.

She was a member of the First United Methodist church of Winterset and of the Order of Eastern Star here.

Nearest surviving relative is the daughter, Ruth Beeler of Gary.

Funeral services were held this Tuesday from the Kale Funeral home in Truro, conducted by the Rev. Everett K. Burham of Winterset. Burial was made in the Peru cemetery.
