Julia Ann Crow, 74, of Macksburg died June 17, 1992 at Winterset Care Center North.

Services will be 1:30 p.m. Monday at the United Methodist Church in Macksburg. The Keating-Lindsay Golden Rule Funeral Home of Creston is in charge of arrangements. The Rev. Ed VanHolland will officiate the service. There is open visitation after 9 a.m. Saturday. A family night will be held 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday.

Mrs. Crow was born Sept. 23, 1917 to Oscar Sharp in Kansas City, Kan. She moved to Iowa after marrying Dean Crow May 20, 1955 in Waterloo. She resided in Winterset and Hills until moving to Des Moines in 1966. She was a bookkeeper for NAPA in Des Moines for about 10 years. She retired and in 1982 she and her husband moved to Macksburg.

She was a member of the Woman's Relief Corps, Hawthorne Rebekah Lodge, Macksburg and Winterset Chapter O.E.S. and a member of the United Methodist Church in Macksburg.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Donald (wife Charlotte) Cornelius of Ventura, Calif.; and Robert (wife Linda) Cornelius of Boise, Idaho; one daughter, Cheryl Irelan of Perry; one step-son, Ron (wife Linda) Crow of West Des Moines; one step-daughter, Diane Johnson of San Antonio, Texas, 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
