Phyllis C. Johnson, 74, of Omaha died of a respiratory ailment Wednesday at Bergen Mercy Hospital there. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Westover Funeral Home in Des Moines. Burial will be at Young Cemetery in Truro.

Mrs. Johnson was born in Winterset and had lived in Des Moines most of her life before moving to Omaha four months ago. She was a homemaker and had worked in the food service department at Preferred Risk Insurance Co. She was a member of Walnut Hills United Methodist Church.

She is survived by a son, Dana of Omaha; a sister, L. Darlene Baskas of Leavenworth, Kan.; and three grandchildren.

The family will greet friends one hour prior to services Sunday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Mercy Cardio Pulmonary Rehabilitation Center.
