Obituaries – GLENN I. ABEGG

Services for Glenn I. Abegg, 69, of 2343 Amherst Ave. will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Hamilton's Funeral Home. Burial will be in Woodland Cemetery. Mr. Abegg died of a heart ailment Wednesday at Iowa Methodist Hospital.

Born in Truro, he was a Des Moines resident 57 years. Before his retirement, he was an assistant cashier at Bankers Trust Co. He was a member of Hyperion Field Club and the Senior Golf Association of Iowa.

Surviving are his widow, Marjorie, and four sisters, Miss Merne Abegg, Mrs. Jessie Knipp and Mrs. Ella Saylor, all of Des Moines, and Mrs. Nettie Glass of Indianola.
