Services for Grace Mease Hart, 66, Winterset, who died June 16 at Custer Community Hospital at Custer, S.D., were held at the First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Clarence and the Rev. Zona Lautt officiating. Burial was at the Winterset Cemetery.
Born in Clarke County on Sept. 8, 1921, she was the daughter of Gailen and Anah Jones Mease. She was a homemaker and lived most of her life in the Truro area of Madison County. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, the Eastern Star, Cozy Club and United Methodist Women.
On Feb. 18, 1951, she was married to Dwight Hart at Oak Grove Church in Webster townships.
Survivors include her husband, her mother of Truro a son Gailen and wife Mary Carol of Houston,Texas; a daughter Ann Whalen and husband Len of Renton, Wash; a brother John Mease of Truro; and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her father.
