CRAWFORD - George Frederick Crawford, age 72, passed away Wednesday at 7 p.m., July 13, 1927, at his apartment, Armour Plaza, 1216 E. Armour blvd. Mr. Crawford was a resident of Kansas City over 40 years and a pioneer groceryman over 15 years at 927 Walnut. Mr. Crawford was born in Columbus, Ind. He is survived by wife, Mrs. Caroline Gregg Crawford and daughter, Miss Elizabeth Gregg Crawford, Armour Plaza, his sister, Mrs. F. M. Mills, Sioux Falls, S.D. Funeral services well be held Friday at 2:30 p.m. from the Eylar Funeral Home, conducted by Rev. Albert Watkins, assistant pastor of the Grace Episcopal church. Interment Mount Washington cemetery.
