Funeral services for Mrs. Elizabeth Stiles, 85, of 1335 E. Walnut St., will be at 3 p. m. Tuesday at Hamilton’s funeral home. Burial will be in Pine Hill cemetery. Mrs. Stiles died Sunday at her home after a brief illness.

Mrs. Stiles was born at St. Charles and was a Des Moines resident for 44 years. She was a member of the O.E.S., Hawkeye chapter, the Women’s Relief corps and the Home Reading club. She also was a member of Wesley Methodist church.

Surviving are two sons, Ray C. Stiles of Des Moines; Ralph K. Stiles, Aurora, Ill; five grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
