Page 1, Column 3AGED WINTERSET RESIDENT DIES
Funeral services were conducted Thursday morning of last week at ten o’clock in the Tidrick funeral home for Allen W. Brownson, 85, who died at his home at 707 east Buchanan street following an extended illness. Burial was made in Casey.
Mr. Brownson had lived in Casey for many years, but came to Winterset a few years ago to make his home with his daughter, Miss Helen Brownson, who is his only survival (sic).
