Infant Dies After Short Illness

Lester Lee Stine, Jr., infant son of Mr. and Mrs. Lester Stine, died at his home in Winterset Sunday, November 28, following a few days illness of whooping cough and pneumonia. He was born at Iowa City, February 12, and died at the age of nine months.

Lester is survived by his father and mother and two sisters, Dorothy Bernice and Dixie lee, his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Hermon of Earlham, and Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Stine of Adel and several other relatives.

Funeral services were held at the Tidrick funeral home last Tuesday afternoon at 1:30. Burial was made eight miles northwest of Adel.
