Funeral services for Ed Lee, 55, former Earlham resident who died at his home in Cedar Rapids Thursday, were held in Adel Monday, and burial was in the McKibben cemetery north of Earlham.

He is survived by his widow, a brother George Lee of Adel, and a sister, Mrs. Everett McKibben of Earlham.

DEATHS

Edwin V. Lee

Edwin V. Lee died suddenly at his home, 909 Eight street SW, at 6 a. m. Friday. He had been in failing health for the last year.

He was born near Earlham, Iowa, March 21, 1880, and had been a resident of Cedar Rapids for twenty-five years. He had been associated with the McKibben Motor company for five years as an auto mechanic and retired a year ago on account of failing health.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by one sister, Mrs. E. S. McKibben of Earlham and one brother, George Lee of Adel, Iowa.

Funeral announcement will be made later. Friends may call at the Turner chapel.
