Wednesday, August 3, 2022David Cline, 62, of Winterset passed away Monday, July 25, 2022, at home.
There will be a Celebration of Life on Saturday, Aug. 27, 3-5 p.m. at Middle River Park (Canoe Landing) south of Winterset on Clark Tower Rd.
David was born July 21, 1960, to Glenn and Pat Cline in Winterset. David graduated from Winterset High School in 1979. He was a longtime resident of Madison County. David worked for Jeff Strong and Steve Maxwell at Stromax Construction for 20+ years.
David lived hard, worked hard, and loved even harder. He was loyal to a fault. David’s family and friends meant everything to him.
David is survived by his wife of 33 years, Mary; his daughter and son-in-law, Emily and Michael Alery of New Virginia; his beloved grandchildren, Mackenna and Korbin; his brothers, Denny Cline of Virginia, Rob and Marty Cline of Winterset, and Kevin and Teresa Cline of Des Moines; his brother-in-law, Mike and Bonnie Forsyth of Winterset; along with a host of nieces, nephews, and very close friends.
