Georgia "Fay" Waters, 82, of New Oaks Care Center, 3806 Easton Blvd., died of a heart ailment there Tuesday. Services will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday at Hamilton's Funeral Home. Burial will be in Resthaven Cemetery.

Mrs. Waters was born in Winterset and lived in Des Moines 12 years, coming from Clinton. She was ordained as a clergywoman for the International Association of Gospel Assemblies.

Surviving are three sons, Leonard Sr., Robert and John, and two daughters, M. Joann Airhart and Leona Rattray, all of Des Moines; a stepson, Harold, and a stepdaughter, Dorothy Waters, both of Sioux City; a sister, Lorna Welch of Clinton; 18 grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.

Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
