Rodney Wayne Clark

Rod Clark, 64, of Winterset, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 5, 2022 from injuries sustained in a tornado accident.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at the Fairview Cemetery in Madison County. Memorials may be directed to the family (PO Box 136, Winterset, IA 50273).

Rodney Wayne Clark was born on June 11, 1957 to Robert Wayne Clark and Jeanette (Miller) Clark.

He worked at Waste Connection for 36 years and was excited because he was retiring in June. Judy and Rod went on many trips and made a lot of memories. Rod had had a lot of passions, motorcycling, horses, camping, and many more. Above all else, he LOVED being with his family and friends. He will be deeply missed and will remain in the hearts of those who loved him.

Rod is the beloved husband to Judy Clark; father to, Tiffany Sprauge and Sarah (Rys) Pate; stepson, Bud Hartsell; ten grandchildren, Makayla, Makencie, Jace, JoJo, Olivia, Addylynn, Dallas, Ryder, Avalyan, and Kamden. Those also mourning his loss are his parents, Robert and Jeanette Clark; sister, Sue and Larry Chomycz; nephews, Jamie (Melinda) Brown and Nathan Brown; and many great nieces and great nephews and so many friends.
