Patricia Ann Mylan Bathurst

Patricia Ann (Reynolds) Bathurst, 87 of Stuart passed away on Saturday, January 15, 2022 at Methodist West Medical Center. A celebration of Patricia’s life will be held at a later date. Cards of condolence may be sent to the family in care of Johnson Family Funeral Home, PO Box 246, Stuart, IA 50250.

Patricia was born on June 15, 1934 to Vern and Arlene (Spencer) Reynolds in Dallas Center. She grew up in Redfield and attended Redfield Schools. She later lived in Earlham and lastly in Stuart. Most of her working career was spent in sales. Patricia was blessed with four children: Vance, Spencer, John and Marla. In her spare time, she enjoyed embroidery, traveling, collecting dolls, gardening and tending to her flowers. Most of all, she treasured time she was able to spend with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Vern and Arlene Reynolds; husband, James Bathurst; brother, Gary Reynolds; and grandson, Jesse Morris.

Patricia leaves behind her children: Vance Mylan of Redfield, Spencer Mylan of Redfield, John (Victoria) Mylan of Stuart and Marla (Benny) Clausen of Greenfield; grandchildren: Kasey Jensen, Ryan Faust, Tracey Mylan, Steve Faust, Lynn Hulgan, Amanda Koch, Amanda Morris, Ben Clausen, Amberly Allsup, Tyler Clausen, Alyssa Clausen, Chase Clausen, Troy Clausen; numerous great-grandchildren; siblings: Shirley (Bill) Foshier of Redfield, Marvin (Donna) Reynolds of Redfield, Richard (Barb) Reynolds of Redfield, Robert (Dode) Reynolds of Dexter and Randy (Marilyn) Reynolds of Stuart; and a host of extended family and friends that will miss her dearly.
