Martin Dooley Services Friday

Services for Martin Dooley, 75, of 2620 Sixty-first St., will be 10 a.m. Friday at St. Patrick’s Church in the Irish settlement south of Cumming. A rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. today at Hamilton-Lilly Funeral Home.

Mr. Dooley died Tuesday at Iowa Methodist Hospital.

He was born in Cumming, and lived in Des Moines 55 years. Before retirement he was a traveling salesman of clothing. He was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church, Dowling Club and Knights of Columbus.

Mr. Dooley is survived by his wife, Anne; a son, Donald J. Dooley of Des Moines; three sisters, Alice Dooley of Cumming, Ella Dooley of Cumming, and Mary Bartels of Winner, S.D., and five grandchildren.
