Services for Jan J. Kobylasz, Sr., 66, of 3829 Woodland Ave., who died Friday at the Americana Nursing Center, will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Hamilton’s Funeral Home, with burial at Union Chapel Cemetery near Winterset.

Mr. Kobylasz was born in Passaic, N.J. He lived in Des Moines for 16 years after moving from Winterset, and retired as a service station attendant in September, 1969.

Survivors include a son, Jan, Jr., Des Moines; a brother, Mike Kobylasski, Pine Island, N.Y.; a half-brother, Frank Pawlak, Warwick, N.Y.; a sister, Mrs. Stella Brozdawski, Pine Island, N.Y.; and three half-sisters, Mrs. Ann Coleman, Florida, N.Y.; Mrs. Victoria Mapes, Warwick, N.Y., and Mrs. Sophia Weeden, West Town, N.Y.
