Joleen Lynn Kauffman, 33 of 16 S.E. Phillip St., died of complications of diabetes Saturday in Bondurant.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Southtown Funeral Home, with burial at North McDonald Cemetery in Winterset.

She was born in Des Moines and lived in the area all her life. She was a homemaker and member of the American Diabetes Association.

Survivors include her parents, Julia Kauffman of Des Moines and Jerry Kauffman Sr., of Urbandale; three brothers, Robert Kauffman of Des Moines, Jack Steele of Bondurant and Jerry Kauffman Jr. of Marietta, Ga.; and a sister, Julie Steele of Bondurant.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Association or Humane Society.
