Mrs. Green Services Set
Services for Mrs. Walter Green, 82, who died of a heart attack Wednesday at her home at 2235 Elizabeth St. will be at 3 p. m. Saturday at the Dahlstrom Funeral Home. Burial will be in Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery.
Born in Illinois, Mrs. Green was a Des Moines resident 45 years. Before her retirement she was a cook at the Victoria Hotel and Butterfly Cafe. She was a member of Easton Place Methodist Church.
Surviving are two sons, Thomas Murphy of Rapid City, S. D., and Michael Murphy of Quincy, Mass.; a daughter, Mrs. Bert Conlin of Des Moines, 12 grandchildren, 26 great-grand children and one great-great-grandchild.
