Edwin Emory of Chicago died here last Saturday night at the home of his sister-in-law, Mrs. Lorraine Miles, where he had arrived that day for a visit.
Mr. Emory and his wife had arrived Saturday afternoon and suffered a stroke of apoplexy shortly after getting here. He lived but a few hours.
Funeral services and burial were held at Ottumwa, his former home.
