Death of Mrs. Edward Houtby

Mrs. Edward Houtby, former resident of the county, died suddenly October 4 at her home in North Loup, Nebraska. Mrs. Houtby was the daughter of George Young, an early settler here. She was educated in the county schools and later became one of the rural teachers.

She was a sister of Will, James and John Young. Her husband and four children survive.
