MARGARET ELLIOTT, Des Moines

Margaret L. Elliott, 81, of the 3100 block of Southeast Eighth Street died of pneumonia Saturday at Metropolitan Medical Center. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Hamilton's Funeral Home, with burial at Bussey Cemetery in Bussey.

Mrs. Elliott was born in Winterset and had lived in Des Moines all her life. She was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing.

She is survived by a son, Kenneth of Orlando, Fla.; and a sister, Eunice Collins of Des Moines. She was preceded in death by her husband, Arlie.

The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to River of Life Assembly of God Church.
