Doris E. Brekke, 75, of 3819 66th St., Urbandale, died of a heart ailment Tuesday at Mercy Hospital Medical Center. The body was donated to the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences and memorial services will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at St. Pius X Catholic Church, of which she was a member.

Mrs. Brekke was born in Peru, la., and lived in Urbandale most of her life. She was a retired self-employed hairdresser and a member of her church's Altar and Rosary Society, National Hairdresser Association and Urbandale Senior Citizen Center.

Surviving are two daughters, Patty Daumueller and Paula Omvig, and a son, Robert Jr., all of Urbandale; a sister, Lois Hartshorn, and a brother, Robert Crees Sr., both of Des Moines; and four grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to her church. Hamilton's Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
