News of Madison County – Truro

Mrs. J. H. Creger, who had been in poor health for some time, died at her home Tuesday and the funeral was held from the W.D. Kale funeral parlor Wednesday at three o’clock and the body shipped to Greenville, Illinois, for burial.

Neighborhood News – Truro

Mrs. Joe Creger died at her home here Tuesday afternoon. Funeral services were held from the W. D. Kale funeral home Wednesday afternoon. The body was shipped to Greenville, Illinois for the burial.

Those from out of town attending the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Walter Creger and family of Monroe, Mr. and Mrs. Verd Creger and family of Peru and Mr. and Mrs Will Powell of Le-----.
