Page 1, Column 7Mrs. Mary Lorimor Dies at Lorimor Today at Age of 91
LORIMOR—Mrs. Mary L. (Mae) Lorimor, 91, one of the oldest residents of this community, died at her home here at 8:30 a.m. today. She was the widow of the late Henry H. Lorimor, whose father, J. S. Lorimor, had established the town of Lorimor many years ago.
No funeral arrangements have been made. They will be announced later.
Mrs. Lorimor had been in failing health for some time but had become worse in the past few days.
Mary L. Vert was born in Washington county, Iowa, and was married in Madison county, March 12, 1879, to Henry H. Lorimor. They made their home on a farm in New Hope township where they lived for many years. Mr. Lorimor died several years ago.
Mrs. Lorimor is survived by a son, Waldo, of Oskaloosa, and several grandchildren. A daughter, Mrs. Gladys Garmon of Lorimor, died last May, a few days after her son had been killed in an automobile accident.

LORIMOR—Funeral services for Mrs. Mary L. (Mae) Lorimor will be held at the Methodist church here at 1:30 p. m. Wednesday. Rev. B. F. Hamilton, the pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Green Lawn cemetery at Afton.
Mrs. Lorimor 91, died at her home here at 8:30 a. m. Monday. She was one of the oldest residents of the Lorimor community and was the widow of the late Henry H. Lorimor, whose father established the town.
