AFTON—Mrs. Allie Lee, 91 of Afton died at the Greater community hospital in Creston last night. She had been a patient at the hospital for several weeks.
Funeral services will be held at the Evangelical United Brethren church in Afton at 2 p. m. Saturday. Rev. Roy Regal, the pastor, will officiate. Burial will be in Green Lawn cemetery at Afton. Her body will be at the William Coen funeral home until 1 p. m. Saturday, when it will be taken to the church to lie in state before the services. The casket will not be opened after the services.
Mrs. Lee had lived in Afton for many years. She had lived in Madison and Union counties all her life, except for a year in Colorado. She was a member of the Evangelical United Brethren church in Afton.
She is survived by five sons, Floyd Creger of Long Beach, Calif., Thomas M. Lee of Willmar, Minn., Ernest E. Lee of Eldora, Vernon V. Lee of Cabot, Ark., and Harry C. Lee of Afton. Her husband Joseph Lee, preceded her in death in 1943.
