JASPER, Mo.— Services for Howard Paul Weatherly, 61-year-old former Jasper resident who died Monday morning at a Rochester, Minn., hospital, will be at 2 o’clock this afternoon at the Jasper Methodist church.

The Rev. Charles Waters will officiate. Burial will be in Paradise cemetery under direction of the Selvey funeral home.

Born June 8, 1904, in Iowa, Mr. Weatherly came to Jasper in the 1930s, living here until eight years ago, when he moved to Florida. At the time he left Jasper, he was president of the Bank of Jasper. He was a member of the Methodist church and the Masons.

Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Joy Weatherly; two sons, James Weatherly, Costa Mesa, Calif., and Stephen Weatherly, McCoy Air Force Base, Fla.; two daughters, Mrs. Sam Miller, Jr., Jasper, and Mrs. Roger Mallory, Titusville, Fla.; and eight grandchildren.
