Scio, March 17 (Special)—Burial of William T. Lee, 86, was in Miller cemetery near Scio Monday afternoon following rites at the local Baptist church conducted by Rev. V. L. Loucks. The Howe funeral home of Lebanon was in charge. Mrs Jerry Walter, Mrs. Arch Ray and Mrs. Riley Montgomery arranged flowers.
Singers were Mrs. A. E. Westenhouse and Mrs. Loucks, accompanied by Mrs. Glen Thurston. Bearers were Boone Brown, Gilbert McDonald, George Griffin, Lawrence Montgomery, E. D. Myers and E. Phillips.
Mr. Lee, a farmer in this area for 41 years, was born in Iowa March 25, 1856. He was a member of the Baptist church.
Survivors include the widow, Ella J. Lee; five sons and two daughters; John, Hurbert, Ray, Earl and L. G. Lee; Mrs. Ed Bilyeu, near Scio, and Mrs. Carl Lucas, Philomath.

Thursday, March 18, 1943William T. Lee, a farmer in the Scio area for many years, died Sunday at his home three miles south of town. Funeral services were held Tuesday at the Baptist Church, conducted by Rev. V. L. Loucks. Burial was in Miller Cemetery. The Harry Lowe funeral home of Lebanon was in charge.
Singers were Mrs. A. E. Westernhouse and Mrs. Loucks, accompanied by Mrs. Glen Thurston. Bearers were Boone Brown, George Griffin, Gilbert McDonald, Lawrence Montgomery, E. D. Myers and E. Phillips. Mrs. Jerry Walter, Mrs. Arch Ray and Mrs. Riley Montgomery arranged the flowers.
