Double Rites Wednesday at Booneville, Ia.
Double funeral services for A. A. Hiatt, 68, of 224 Sixth st., Valley Junction, and his mother-in-law, Mrs. N. Lane, 86, of Booneville, Ia., will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Booneville community church. Burial will be at Booneville.
Mr. Hiatt died Monday of a heart ailment while Mrs. Lane died Sunday night after a lingering illness. The former is survived by his wife and two daughters; Mrs. Lane by four children.
There will be a short service at 10 a.m. at the Valley Funeral home at Valley Junction for Mr. Hiatt.
