ROLAND LEROY NICHOLL

Roland Leroy Nicholl, son of Robert and Meryl Nicholl, was born March 25, 1919, in Truro and died after a brief illness in Des Moines. He was 75. His parents preceded him in death.

Mr. Nicholl married Cora Lavon Keeler on May 7, 1952. She died in 1966. Also preceding him in death were his son Ricki and two brothers, Richard and Russell.

Mr. Nicholl is survived by his son, Leslie Nicholl of Nevada; daughters, Rhonda Cunningham and her husband, John Cunningham, of Des Moines, Rhoda Maschino and her husband, Robert Maschino, of Britton, Mich., Linda LaFee and her husband, Richard LaFee, of Humeston and Rita Roeder and her husband, Vince Roeder, of Buffalo, Mo., his brother, Raymond Nicholl of Fountain, Colo., 14 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; a stepson, John Still of Des Moines and his good friends, Don Steuerwald and Merle Kennedy.

A graveside service was held for Mr. Nicholl Feb. 6, at the New Virginia Cemetery.
