Clarke Co. Native Dies in Ft. Dodge

Celia Hoch, 90, a Clarke County native, died Monday, March 20, at Fort Dodge, Iowa. Funeral services will be held from the Watts-Soll Funeral Home in Murray, Thursday, March 23, at 2:30 p.m. with the Rev. Walter Williams officiating.

Celia Hoch was born November 27, 1876, in Clarke County, Iowa, daughter of Crawford and America Griggs Cole.

She is survived by three children, a daughter, Mrs. Thurman Jeter, Iowa City, Harold Creger of Fort Dodge, and Arthur Creger of Des Moines, two sisters, Mrs. Floyd Goodrich of Des Moines and Mrs. Will Agans of Murray.

Preceding her in death was her husband who died in 1931.

Interment will be in the Murray cemetery.
