Ethel Delena Meyer Gilbert, 95, resident of Osceola Leisure Manor died at the Clarke County Hospital Friday, December 28, 1979. Funeral services were held from the Watts-Lindsay Funeral Home in Murray Monday, December 31 at 1:30 p.m. Rev. Lester Pearson officiated with interment in the Murray Cemetery, Murray, Iowa.

Ethel was born in Madison County April 27, 1884. She married Fremont Gilbert October 30, 1912.

She was preceded in death by her husband and parents.

She is survived by two nieces, Mrs. Harold Dickey of Packwood, Iowa and Mrs. Norma Martz of Bethany, Missouri.
