Ralph R. Noel, Jr., 87, went home to be with his Savior on April 30, 2017. A funeral service in his honor will be held on Thursday, May 4, 2017 beginning at 11:00 am at the Brooks South Town Chapel, 7601 Fleur Dr in Des Moines. The family will receive friends from 9:30 am until service time. Burial will follow at the St. Charles Cemetery.
Ralph is survived by his children Linda (Brian) Slycord and Randy (Angie) Noel; seven grandchildren: Hannah (Ryan) Grassly, Zeb, Sarah, Abby and Beka Noel and Shaun and Sydney Slycord; a sister Pat Lathrum of St. Charles, and brothers Jack (Carolyn) Foreman of Oklahoma City, OK and Clifford Collins of St. Charles. Memorials have been established and may be directed to the family.
