Max Gregory Stephens, the son of Colt and Katie Stephens, was stillborn at 10:59 p.m. Sunday, April 16, 2017, at the Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines.
Although Max did not survive his earthly birth, he will always be loved and remembered.
Max is survived by his parents and his two older siblings, Hattie and Caden Stephens.
Arrangements are being handled by Ochiltree Funeral Service
