FORMER COMMUNITY MEMBER DIED

Mrs. A. D. Bomar, 74, passed away at the hospital in Iowa City on Friday, March 7. Her death was caused by leukemia. Funeral services for Mrs. Bomar were held Tuesday morning, March 11 at the Earlham Methodist church. The interment was in the Sunset Memorial Gardens in Des Moines. She is survived by two sons, Olin Bomar of Earlham and Daniel Bomar of Des Moines.

The Bomar family lived in the Penn Center and Dexter farm communities for many years. Mrs. Bomar has made her home in Earlham for the past few years.
