Earlham

The funeral of Levi Ballard, whose death occurred in Paonia, Colo., on last Tuesday, was held from the Friends church Saturday afternoon, Rev. Watson had charge of the services.

Mr. Ballard was 79 years old and was formerly a citizen of Earlham.

Those attending the funeral from a distance were: Ed Ballard of Paonia, Colo.; Mr. and Mrs. Charles Thomson of Storm Lake; Mr. and Mrs. Harry Linn, Mr. and Mrs. Asa Compton and Mr. and Mrs. Fred Compton of Guthrie Center.
