Word was received here Monday evening of the death of Steve Busch at Rockwell City. No particulars have been learned at this time. Mr. and Mrs. F. A. Bonham drove to Rockwell City Tuesday morning.

Steve Busch, 53, committed suicide at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Gene Harris, Monday at Rockwell City by slashing his throat with a razor.
A former barber, he had been forced by ill health to close his shop. Besides his daughter, his wife survives.
Burial was made in Winterset Wednesday. Mr. Busch was the son of Peter Busch. Miss Minnie Busch of Oakdale, and Mrs. Nestor Yates of Winterset are sisters of the deceased. Mrs. Steve Busch was Miss Annie McGlothlin, member of an old Madison county family.

Funeral services for Steve Busch were held at the Methodist church at 1:30 o’clock Wednesday afternoon.
He was the son of Peter Busch and had been a resident of Macksburg for a number of years, operating a barber shop here. Later he moved to Rockwell City where he had resided since, operating a barber shop there until about three years ago, when he was compelled to give up his work on account of poor health.
Burial was made in the Moon cemetery. Mr. Busch leaves many relatives and friends in this community.

Funeral services for Steve Busch, 58, who died March 29, at Rockwell City, were held March 31 at 1:30 p.m. at the Macksburg Methodist church. Burial was in the Moon cemetery.
The son of Peter and Mary Busch, he was born in Monroe township in 1879. His early boyhood and young manhood was spent on a farm southeast of Macksburg. He operated a barber shop in Macksburg a number of years and moved to Rockwell City about 35 years ago.
He was married to Miss Anna McGlothlin, member of an old Madison county family, who survives, as does his daughter, a brother and four sisters. His parents, a sister and three brothers are deceased.
