EPHRAIM V. FAHNESTOCK

Services for Ephraim V. Fahnestock, 92, of the New Oaks Care Center, 3806 Easton Blvd., who died there Friday of a stroke, will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Hamilton’s Funeral Home with burial at Chapel Hill Gardens Cemetery.

Born in Winterset, Mr. Fahnestock lived in Des Moines most of his life. He was a retired painter.

Survivors include two sons, Robert L. of Des Moines and Rupert H. of Cedar Falls; a daughter, Betty Abbott of East New Marker, Md.; 13 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
