The body of Mrs. Ellen Powell was brought here for burial Saturday afternoon and was laid beside her husband, Sammy Powell, brother of the late Oren Powell. Brief funeral services were held here in the M. E. church, of which she was a member during her residence with us, conducted by the pastor, Rev. Johnson.
