Word was received on Tuesday of the death of Mrs. Wright Kingery of Des Moines. Mrs. Kingery will be remembered as the former Helen Cochran, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Walter Cochran.

MRS. HELEN KINGERY

Mrs. Helen Kingery, 74, of the Valley View Village retirement home, 2600 Avenue Frederick M. Hubbell, died of a stroke Monday at Iowa Lutheran Hospital.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Dahlstrom Funeral Home with burial in the Winterset Cemetery in Winterset.

Mrs. Kingery was born in Lorimor and lived in Union and Madison counties before moving to Des Moines 16 years ago. She was a member of Crestwood Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband G. Wright; two sons, Eugene Carey of South Windsor, Conn., and Dale Carey of Eldridge; three stepsons, Albert Kingery of Missouri Valley, Herbert Kingery of Des Moines and Wayne Kingery of Indianola a stepdaughter, Alice Jacobe of West Milton, Ohio; 21 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorial contributions to the Valley View Village Chapel.
