Mr. and Mrs. Russell Croft mourn the loss of their seven weeks old baby, Martha May, on last Thursday. The little one developed an abscess on the shoulder a short time ago, and erysipelas set in, causing the death of the baby after intense suffering. Funeral services were conducted by Dr. J. S. Corkey on Saturday afternoon.

Obituary

Martha Mae, the infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Russell Croft, was born March 30, 1916 and died May 18, aged seven weeks. The little one though sick for five weeks, had greatly endeared herself to the household.

The funeral service was held at the home Saturday afternoon. Rev. Dr. Corkey of the Presbyterian church officiating. The parents have the sympathy of a large circle of friends in their sad bereavement.
