MRS. WILLIAM KING OF BOONEVILLE DIES

Prominent in Lee Township Where She Had Lived Entire Life

Mrs. William King, a prominent and life-long resident of Lee township, died at her home five miles south of Booneville last Saturday. She was 65 years of age.

Mrs. King was the former Julia Agnes Maher, and was born at Cumming on June 2, 1872.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, James King; three daughters, Mary, Ella, and Julia; her aged mother, Mrs. Mary Maher; two brothers, John and William Maher of Cumming; five sisters, Mrs. Mary Ryan of Prole, Mrs. Bridget Ryan and Mrs. Ella Miesner of Des Moines, and Kathryn and Elizabeth Maher of Cumming.

Funeral services were held Monday from St. Patrick’s Catholic church in the Irish Settlement, conducted by the Rev. J. J. Judge. Burial was made in St. Patrick’s cemetery.
