St. Charles

Ed Miller, of Oklahoma, and his brother, Ora Miller and wife of Pratt, Kansas, were called here by the sickness of their father, J. A. Miller. Mr. Miller passed away last Tuesday night.

Funeral services were held in the Christian church last Thursday afternoon conducted by the Rev. L. R. Gans, formerly pastor here. His remains were laid to rest in the St. Charles cemetery, west of town. Mr. Miller was past 77 years of age.
