Page 3WILLIAM PRATT DIES AT MEMORIAL HOSPITAL
William Pratt, long-time resident of Madison county, died Wednesday evening at the Winterset Memorial hospital. He was 84 years old.
Mr. Pratt came to Madison county as a young child in a covered wagon, making the trip from Wisconsin. He was a farmer most of his life.
He is survived by two sons, Harry of Winterset and George of Afton; two grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Funeral arrangements had not been completed on Thursday morning.
