Died.

At her home in Monroe township, Madison county, Iowa, April 7, 1889, Mary E. Wilson, wife of Wesley Wilson. She was born in Ohio July 6, 1824, where she lived until four years old; then with her parents moved to Marion county, Indiana, and was married to Wesley Wilson, Jan. 7th, 1841, where they lived until 1854; then came to Madison county and settled on the same farm where she died.

She became a member of the Baptist church when but sixteen years old, to which church she has lived a true Christian life. Her motto was “Fear God and love your neighbors.” She was loved by all who knew her, and her death has caused a gloom over her large circle of friends and relatives.

We extend our sympathy to the husband and children in the loss of a wife and mother.
