An old gentleman named Clements, the father of G. T. Clements, of Madison township, died at his home in the Eber Duff neighborhood, yesterday morning.

Douglas Doings

DIED-In Douglas township August 28th, grandfather Clements, father of G. T. Clements. Mr. Clements had lived more than four score years, being in his eighty-fifth year at the time of his death.

He was conveyed to the Worthington cemetery on Friday, followed by friends, relatives and neighbors. He was a good Christian, belonging to the U. P. church. Rev. Torrence conducted the services.
