JAN LEMON, Winterset

Jan died Sunday, July 31, 2016 at her home surrounded by her family and friends, she was 58.

A memorial visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m., Thursday, August 4, at the Jackson Building, Madison County Fairgrounds, where family will be present at this time. Memorials may be made to the family and online condolences may be left at ochiltree.com.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Dan of Winterset; her children, Jerad Lemon (Ashley Hudson) of Winterset, Michael Lemon of Shanghai, China, and Scott (Bernadette) Lemon of Madison County; siblings, Donna (Steve) Crow of Truro, Kathy (Wes) Joynes of Panora, Becky (Terry) Flander of Phoenix, AZ, and Darrell (Shelly) Ford of Madison County; four grandchildren; other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Howard and Marlene Ford; a son, Chad Lemon, and father-in-law, Joe Lemon.
