News of Interest from St. Charles

HELD BURIAL SERVICES HERE FOR MRS. MARY LYON CONN

Mrs. Mary Lyon Conn, 76, of Des Moines, passed away in Des Moines Wednesday. The funeral services were held at the Hamilton funeral home Friday and burial was made in the St. Charles cemetery Friday afternoon. Her sister, Mrs. Gertrude Lyon Garver, was buried here about two weeks ago.

Mrs. Conn is survived by two sons and two daughters, and one brother, L. F. Lyon of St. Charles. Mrs. Conn was a long time resident here before moving to Des Moines.
