HELD FUNERAL SERVICES HERE FOR SAM MCCOWN, FORMER RESIDENT

Funeral services for Sam McCown, former resident of this community, were held at the Kale funeral home Wednesday afternoon at 2 p.m. Interment was made at Sioux City. Mr. McCown died at an Osceola hospital Sunday evening. He and his wife were enroute to Iowa City where he was going for observation and treatment.
