There are two more very severe cases of diphtheria in Thos Hiatt’s family. The youngest child which was taken first is thought to be out of danger now, but the two next older are in a very critical condition.
The thirteen year old daughter of Thos. Hiatt, near Ackworth, died Monday of diphtheria and was buried the same day by order of her physician. Four members of the family are sick with same disease.
