Stroke Fatal to Warren McKee, Former Peru Resident

Warren McKee of Indianola, formerly of Peru, suffered a stroke while sitting at a table in the Palms cafeteria in Des Moines Tuesday noon. He was taken to Broadlawns hospital and his family was notified. He died there the last of the week. Funeral arrangements had not been learned at the time of this writing.

Transcriber’s note: Birth records indicate that Warren McKee was born in Madison county, Iowa to John R. and Mary Ellen (Creger) McKee in 1888.
